A national telephone helpline that provides FREE CONFIDENTIAL and INDEPENDANT advice on how to deal with debt problems.  They are committed to answering your call and discussing with you your options, backed up with written self-help materials which they will send out for free.  Their website offers information, sample letters to write to your creditors, guides and factsheets.
